This seminar is aimed at three types of identified audiences:
In each country:
- A commander of a means of intervention (Navy or Coast Guard)
- a doctor in charge of medical assistance at sea,
- an MRCC or COM operator or manager
General description of the training content
- Identification and evaluation of risks
- Organization and operational planning for emergency preparedness
- Handling an emergency situation, from alert to management
- Operational cooperation with sub-regional SAR actors
Pedagogical Method
The training will be sanctioned on the last day with a knowledge test.
