via the Directorate for Security and Defence Cooperation: provides technical expertise (3 French development workers are assigned to ISMI) and funding for most of the training courses offered by ISMI.

GOGIN

The European Union, through the projects CRIMGO – Critical Maritime Routes Gulf of Guinea – and then GOGIN – Gulf of Guinea Interregional Network – has enabled the realization of 5 training courses over the period 2015-2019

Japan

Has donated to ARSTM a lot of equipment and will finance the equipment of the new ISMI building.

The European Fisheries Control Agency and the European Union’s PESCAO program are key partners of ISMI for training in the fight against illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing.

Ensures the pedagogical engineering and the organization of the Master of laws “Law and security of maritime and oceanic activities”.

SEACOP

The Seaport Cooperation Programme provides pedagogical support for certain seminars.

ENSAM

The  French National School of Safety and Administration of the Sea. (ENSAM). Provides pedagogical support to ISMI for certain training courses

The French Directorate General of Customs and Indirect Taxes

Provides pedagogical and financial support for some seminars.

The SWAIMS (Support to West Africa integrated Maritime Strategy ) program of the European Union finances ISMI’s FORMAR training program.

WeCAPS

The European Union’s Western and Central Africa Port Security (WeCAPS) program provides financial support for some training.
