This training is intended :
- for SAR operators assigned to MRCCs and aircrew involved in SAR operations.
- Priority will be given for this second session of level 1 course to nationals of States in the southern Gulf of Guinea area
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE TRAINING CONTENT
- International organization of the SAR
- Conduct of a SAR operation
- Emergency Messages, Alert Taking
- Maritime English
- Safety equipment and rescue drome on board ships
- Search areas
- Meteorology
- Implementation and hand lights, etc.
Pedagogical method
The training will be sanctioned on the last day with a knowledge test.
