-Theoretical training: 3 ½ days dedicated to the presentation of fundamental knowledge enabling the trainees to understand the rules of international trade and the transport of containerised goods by sea: the main fraud trends, the main commercial maritime routes, the main operating modes of criminal organisations (case studies), port logistics, commercial and customs documents, knowledge of the means of sealing containers, security in controls and the typical organisation of a container targeting unit (two examples).

-Practical training: 4 ½ days dedicated to supervised practical work (practical exercises to study commercial documents in order to allow trainees to share their experiences, discuss relevant suspicion criteria in the sub-region, select risky containers and prepare them for control).
